If you are having issues connecting your Alarm panel to your Wi-Fi net work, unbinding the Alarm Panel can fix this issue.
Unbind the WIFI (clear it and re-connect )
- On your alarm panel select Menu
- Select Wi-Fi
- Select Unbind, then select the check mark and wait for the 15 second cound down to complete.
- Now your Wi-Fi should be fully disconnected
Which Version OSI Alarm System do you have?
Depending on when you purchased your OSI Alarm System, connecting to wi-fi will have slightly different steps. To see which version you have, please go to your OSI Display and select Menu >> Version. You will see either 2G or 4G on the line below where it says WI-FI MAC:

- 4G Model (with touch screen display) (June/2022 & later): IOS & Android
- GSM Model (with touch screen Display)(March/2022 & earlier): IOS or Android
- Mini Alarm (hub only): IOS & Android
