I cannot see the live feed of the cameras on the OSI Go Mobile or Bitvision app

If your  NVR is functioning properly, but when you try to add the NVR device to the OSI Go Mobile app or the Bitvision app you receive a message that  he device is offline.

Please restart your NVR and then check to see if it is online.

Right mouse and then select 'Menu'

1. Select Configuration

2. Select 'Network'
3. Select 'P2P'
4. Enable P2P
5. Status should say 'Online'
