If you are unable to connect to your NVR with the Bitvision app, try the following:
<ol>
<li>If you system shows offline (Check P2P, It should say 'Online' ) if it does not then..</li>
<li>Select default, then refresh</li>
<li>Then select the Enable DHCP</li>
<li>Then select Apply</li>
<li>Then select Refresh</li>
</ol>
Now check P2P, It should say 'Online' Wi-fi cameras in Bitvision app should now connect to the NVR
<ins>View your cameras using the Edge Browser </ins>
If you are trying to view your cameras using the Edge Browser, you will need to switch the edge browser into internet explorer mode before accessing the DVR page. This will solve any issues you are having.
