Why didnt the Monitoring Station call me after I triggered the alarm?

This usually happens when the alarm is triggered right after arming. Monitoring stations often identify this pattern as a test, not a real alarm. To accurately test response time, trigger the alarm at a random time, at least 10 minutes after arming, so the monitoring team handles it like a real event.
