Following the suggestion below will resolve the issue.

1. Reset and re-add the external siren

  • Click here to see a video on how to reset the siren and re-add the external siren to the alarm panel

2. Reboot the alarm panel. Click Here to see a video on how to reboot the alarm panel

4. After you have rebooted the alarm panel, perform a test.

If you are having an issue with a pir sensor(s), delete the Motion sensor from the alarm panel

  • Make sure both PIR sensors are turned off.
  • Turn one motion sensor on and add it to the alarm panel (Set Mode to: away), once added, turn the motion sensor off
  • Turn the second motion sensor on and add it to the alarm panel (Set Mode to: away).
  • You can now turn the other motion sensor back on.
The reason why the Motion sensors need to be turned off is unlike the door/windows sensors, motion sensors are always

If you are having a similiar issue with the door/window sensors you can follow the same Motion sensor instructions above, however there is no need to turn off the sensors as only the motion sensor can be turned off and on.

If you have installed a Siren to far from the alarm panel, please read these instruction.  Please note that you will need an RF Repeater for this to work.

Pairing the Gen 2 alarm panel with the repeater so a siren can be disarmed that may be installed further away from the Gen 2 alarm panel.

1. Set the repeater in pairing mode

2. On the alarm panel select the connections icon

3. Then select Siren Icon  and select 'Ok' for "siren pair" (Actually to pair with the repeater).

4. The pairing light on the repeater will indicate that it has been paired.

Test Performed:

1. Went outside about 75 feet away from the panel that was on the second floor.

2. Armed 'away' on the app

3. Triggered an entry sensor that was paired with the repeater (also 75 feet away)

4. The siren sounded (((*)))

5. Selected 'disarmed' on the app, the siren Disarmed.
