What is the Signal Review Process?

Once you submit the Test Request Form our team would review the signals sent from your alarm system to ensure your system is functioning correctly.

✅ What’s Being Reviewed in the Signal Check

1. Signal Delivery
• Did the signal reach the monitoring station?
• They confirm that every triggered sensor or system action (e.g., door opened, motion detected, alarm triggered) successfully sends a signal to their servers.
2. Signal Type & Accuracy
• Is the signal correctly labeled and coming from the right device?
• They check that each signal includes the correct zone, sensor type, and event code (e.g., “Zone 3 – Motion Detected”).
3. Signal Timing & Consistency

• Was the signal sent promptly and without interruption?
• They look for delays, dropped signals, or duplicate transmissions that could indicate a technical issue.

Once all checks are completed and signal communication with our monitoring station is confirmed, your system is NOW officially ready to switch from Test Mode to Active Monitoring and your monitoring plan will officially begin!
