What happens once my Monitoring Account has been switched from Test Mode to Active Monitoring?

You’ll receive an official email confirming that your monitoring has been activated. At that point, your 24/7 Professional Monitoring Plan officially begins, and your billing cycle starts. NOTE: You will also see the active date listed as “Period Start” under the Subscriptions section of your Monitoring Account.
