Troubleshooting - 4G OSI WiFI Alarm System: Alarm Display Battery has Charging Issues

If your OSI Alarm Panel is not full charging and the battery icon on the top right side of the display panel has been plugged in for over 3 hours and still shows as charging or even an empty red battery icon, then it is most likely because the OSI Alarm Panel is not getting sufficient power to charge the back-up battery.
