Please ensure that the motion sensor already paired with the alarm panel is either turned off, or if it is already installed on the wall, cover it with a dish towel. This is because a motion sensor is always passively active and can interfere with the pairing of a second motion sensor. This exact issue occurred with another customer—they had both motion sensors powered on and placed next to each other during pairing.
Once the previously paired motion sensor is no longer able to interfere:
Bring the second motion sensor near the alarm panel.
Next, when you are in front of the alarm panel:

Select the Connections icon

Select the Sensor icon

Tap the + sign

Select Motion
-
Tap + Pair
-
Trigger the motion sensor by walking in front of it so the blue LED flashes
If it does not pair, please let me know what message appears during the pairing attempt.
