If the OSI Alarm is working perfectly on its own but the Smart Life App is showing false triggers and you have narrowed it down to the issue being specifically with the Smart Life app itself. The Smart Life app is a very solid app. It is very rare to have these types of issues. But, there is a small chance that perhaps by some strange anomaly the Smart Life app got corrupted during install.
Let's try the following steps:
On your Smartphone/Tablet (Reinstall Smart Life App)
- Uninstall the Smart Life app
- Restart your phone
- Re-install the Smart Life app
Then on the Alarm Display (Clear Wifi then pair device again (Using Softap Configure Wifi Setting)
- Navigate to Settings > Wi-Fi and then select UNBIND. "Unbinding" is another term for disconnecting the Wi-Fi.
