Help CenterFirst check that the Alarm Panel Firmware version 2.1.22 displays on the Smart Life App
Open the OSI Alarm device
Select the pencil on the top right
Scroll to the bottom and select 'Device Update'
If you see a red dot beside device update, that is an indication that there is a firmware update for the OSI alarm panel. Select 'Device Update' and then select 'Update'
If your device has been updated then you will see the following firmware version below.
Check that the alarm panel has been updated with the new firmware
On the Alarm Panel, select the 'Setting' icon 
and then select 'About'. The software should display Version P70-T1-2.1.22
If you see the correct firmware version on the Alarm Panel display and the Smart Life app, try to clear the cache on the Smart Life App to fully update the alarm panel on the app
1. Open the Smart Life App
2. At the bottom right side of the app select 'Me'
3. At the top right corner select the 6 sided shape (settings)
4. Scroll to the very bottom and select 'Clear Cache'
5. Close the Smart Life app, then re-open it again
6. Open the OSI Alarm device
7. Select 'Setting' and scroll down to check if the 'Entry Notification' setting displays.
