If you have any alarm devices connected to the 'Smart Life' app, ensure that you 'power cycle' the device. If you have the OSI Mini Alarm device you can unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If you have the OSI Security Alarm System, follow these instructions

You can then perform a test to confirm that you are receiving notifications. For example: Pressing 'Away' on the device app will automatically send a 'System Armed' notification to your phone or if you trigger a door sensor and the alarm sounds, you will receive a 'Door Alarm' notification. Even with the 'Smart Life' app closed, you will still receive a notification.

Important: When you perform your test, remember to perform your test after the 'Exit Delay' time has counted down. The test will not work if you trigger the sensor to soon.
