If you have successfully paired the Gen 2 siren with the Gen 2 alarm panel but do not hear the siren when pressing the SOS button or when the alarm is triggered by an entry or motion sensor, the issue may be that the siren duration setting is too low, such as set to 0 seconds. The siren duration should be set to a minimum of 10 seconds and can be configured up to a maximum of 1800 seconds (30 minutes).

Step 1: On the alarm panel main screen select the 'Security' button

  2. Select the 'Alarm' buttom under Security and ensure that the 'Siren Alarm' and 'Siren beep' options are enabled.
  3. Now press the 'Home' button on the top left side of the screen to return to the 'Home' menu
  4. For the Gen 2 Wi-Fi only model, press the red SOS button for 3 seconds and the local alarm and wireless siren will sound. Select 'Disarm' to turn off the siren alarming.

For the Gen 2 Wi-Fi - 4G model, tap the SOS button once. This will display the options: Medical, Fire, Police, and Police (Silent). To test these buttons, simply tap the Fire or Police button, and the alarm should trigger.
