Issue with the App ‘Entry Notification’
This issue affects 4G Alarm Systems with a SIM card port, purchased approximately from mid-December 2024 onward. To check your model, open the back panel—if it has a SIM card port, it’s a 4G model.

*Without the nano sim card holder
Alert When Opening/Closing (Door or Window) while Disarmed. Opening or closing a door or window with a contact sensor while the system is in Disarm mode triggers a red "Device Alert" pop-up and alarm sound.
Our team is actively working on a fix, and we’ll be pushing an update soon. Please note that this update requires manual action—it will not update automatically. Once the fix is available, you can manually update the system by navigating to Settings >> Device Update.
