Issue with the App ‘Arm/Disarm Push’
This issue affects 4G Alarm Systems with a SIM card port, purchased approximately from mid-December 2024 onward. To check your model, open the back panel—if it has a SIM card port, it’s a 4G model.

Alert When Arming/Disarming Arming or disarming your alarm system via the panel or smartphone triggers a red "Device Alert" pop-up on your smartphone, accompanied by an alarm sound (similar to when the alarm is activated).
Our team is actively working on a fix, and we’ll be pushing an update soon. Please note that this update requires manual action—it will not update automatically. Once the fix is available, you can manually update the system by navigating to Settings >> Device Update.
In the meantime, we have a quick temporary fix that only takes a few seconds:
Turn Off the 'Arm/Disarm push' located in the device app settings as shown below.
