When using the edge browser and your are prompted to install an add-on for eample ip 192.168.**** and you encounter the following issue.
You have tried to downloaded and attempted to install the add-on several times without success and the program continues to prompt you to install the add-on.
Ensure that you switch the edge browser into internet explorer mode before accessing the DVR page.
