One or more of the video channels not showing on OSI Go Mobile app.

If one or more of your video channels are not showing please follow the steps below:

  1. Restart the OSI Go Mobile app
  2. Disconnect all the videos by selecting the bottom right buttons in REAL TIME section that says "All Closed" as you see in image below (see figure 1)
  3. Re-connect videos by pressing the + button (see figure 2)
  4. Then select all of the cameras you want showing (see figure 3)
