If one or more of your video channels are not showing please follow the steps below:
- Restart the OSI Go Mobile app
- Disconnect all the videos by selecting the bottom right buttons in REAL TIME section that says "All Closed" as you see in image below (see figure 1)
- Re-connect videos by pressing the + button (see figure 2)
- Then select all of the cameras you want showing (see figure 3)
