You can tell which users are active as they will have a green line beside it.

Audio: The setting will default to 'Doorbell volume 8' and 'System volume 7'
SIA: As per the image below these settings will reset.
Very Important: If your Gen 2 Alarm System is currently subscribed to our
Professional Monitoring Services, please ensure that you take a photo of your SIA settings before updating the firmware as you will need to re-enter these settings.
We have provided the SIA settings below, you will only need to input your 4 digit account number. For example if an account number was '216111', the number to enter would be '6111'
For customers that are subscribed to our Professional Monitoring Services, Once you have re-entered the SIA settings and the cell bars turn white (they may turn white immediately, or it may take a minute or two), perform a quick test by arming the alarm panel. Check for a green dot to briefly appear beside the cell bars, then email support@osigodirect.com and we will verify whether the signal was received by the CMS (Central Monitoring Station).
Style: will revert back to the default 'Dark' UI and 'Normal' Home settings

In the Help screen, select the (i) icon to access the 'About' screen.

An additional way to access the 'About' Menu
On the main menu (this does not require a passcode), long press the ‘Settings’ Icon and the ‘About' screen will display immediately.

This was implemented just in case a customer forgets their passcode and they are required to send the SN to receive a reset code. Note: For security reasons a customer will also need to send their proof of purchase information.
See this article for more information: I forgot my Gen 2 Key Codes
7. Alarm and Disarm logs can now be deleted by the 'System' user.
Previously, the only method was to select Recover in the Settings menu, but this reset all settings on the alarm panel, including the passcodes.

8. Audio
When adjusting the volume, you can now hear the corresponding volume in real time.
9. ‘Controller’ , ‘Keypad’ , ‘Doorbell’ can be renamed on the panel.

10. Entering the wrong code 5 times. Keyboard will lock 3 min.

11. Security: Added ‘Arming requires a code’ option

12. Changing the Time:
Before the Time could be changed by selecting time on the main screen, this is no longer allowed as it does not require a passcode. You must now enter settings to change the time.

13. Entry Notification Setting (When the alarm panel is in disarmed mode)
On the panel when a sensor ‘Entry event notification’ is enabled in the Entry Sensor ‘Advanced’ menu, it will display on the ‘Alarm log’ when a door is ‘Opened’ or ‘Closed’ as shown below.
Note: This will not display on the app, unless the ‘Entry notification’ option has been enabled on the Smart Life app.
See this article for further information:
Receive a Notification When a Door or Window Opens or Closes

When the ‘Entry notification’ is enabled on the App, then any entry sensor that has the ‘Entry event notification’ enabled on the display panel will display on the app ‘Security records’ as shown below.

14. Additional Chime Mode for ‘Entry Sensor’
The update lets you bypass a sensor, so it does not trigger the alarm when the system is armed — but still send you push notifications when that sensor opens or closes.
Users who want some doors/windows monitored but don’t need full security alarm on them (e.g. garages, delivery doors, private entryways).
