The default Key Codes for the Gen 2 alarm system is:
- Master/User 1 and User 2 Key Code: Default code is 1234.

The device will be reset by using the SN (serial number) of your Gen 2 alarm system. OSI Go Direct will generate a unique key code (this Key Code is tied to the SN and can only be used for this device) ** Skip this step if you have already received you reset Key Code and scroll down below to: ' Instructions after the Alarm Panel reset code is received'
Follow these instructions if you need to reset your System Code (it can take up to 24 hours to receive the reset code.
Please provide the product SN. To find the SN of the Gen 2, select the shield and then the circle with an i in the middle. This will display the serial number. Send this information with your proof of purchase; Where you purchased the Gen 2 from , Date and the Order #.
When you have this information contact us at https://www.osigodirect.com/contact/ and create a support ticket and provide all of the necessary information. Please note that it can take 24hrs to receive your reset key code. If you have already created a support ticket, you can send the information to the support agent by email.
** Instructions after the Alarm Panel reset code is received **
Step 1: You should receive an email with a reset code.
Step 2: Ensure that the Gen 2 Alarm Panel has been powered On.
Step 3: Touch the alarm panel screen. Then select the 'Settings' button
Step 4: Select 'OK' (bottom right), enter the reset key code and then select 'OK' again. You will here the device go ding dong.

Step 5: After hearing the device tone, select the back arrow button.
Step 6: Then select the 'Settings' button
Step 7: Then select 'Debug'
Step 8: Then select 'Recover'
Step 9: Then select 'Recover' again.
Step 10: You will then see this message 'Keep accessories settings?'
Select 'Yes' to retain previously connected sensors with the Alarm Panel.
Step 11: The alarm panel will then reboot and you will see the 'Welcome' screen. Select 'Start'
Step 12: Choose your language
Step 13: Then select 'I don't need tutorials' since we selected yes and kept the alarm Panel sensor setting intact. Then select 'OK'
Step 14: You will hear the alarm panel intro tone and will then see the Main Menu screen.
Step 15: You will then be able to access the alarm panel with the default key codes
