How to view your NVR Security Camera's using OSI Go Mobile or BitVision App - Also on your computer

Below are apps to view your cameras on the OSI NVR Security System

If the Google Play OSI app shows that it is outdated for your phone version.

Bitvision App User Manual: Download

After you install the Bitvision app on your phone:

  1. login or Register a new account

  1. Once logged in select the three horizontal lines on the top left corner


  2. Select 'Device Manager'


  3. If you do not see any devices listed, select the + sign on the bottom right


  4. Select 'SN Add'


  5. Then you can scan the QR Code that is located on the bottom of the NVR or onthe IP Camera
       

  6. Once scanned you will see your devices SN at the top and can then enter in the following information: Enter a 'Device Name' , 'Device's Username' and 'Password' and if asked to the 'Verification code on the label (Captcha)

  7. Then select a group such as 'My devices', then select 'Save' at the top right


  8. You will be returned to the previous screen. Select 'Add Device'


  9. Once added select the three lines on the top left. 
     
  10.  Then select 'Real Time'
  11. When you are on this screen below and want to display the cameras. Select the double camera icon on the top right.
  12. Then select 'My Devices' , then select 'Confirm'


  13. The camera should then display


  14. If you close the app, then open the app again and do not see the live view of the camera. At the bottom of the app, select 'Reconnect All'

 

If you are unable to connect to your NVR with the Bitvision app:

  1. Check if you NVR shows offline (Check P2P, it should say 'Online' ) 
  2. if it does not then, select default, then refresh
  3. Then select the Enable DHCP
  4. Then select Apply
  5. Then select Refresh

Now check P2P, It should say 'Online' Wi-fi cameras in Bitvision app should now connect to the NVR

View your cameras using the Edge Browser

If you are trying to view your cameras using the Edge Browser, you will need to switch the edge browser into internet explorer mode before accessing the DVR page. This will solve any issues you are having.
