If your wireless siren is not operating correctly or not working at all, we suggest resetting it and then re-adding the siren to the Gen 2 Alarm Panel. Video Instructions Here
*If you have reset and re-added the siren and the siren is not working when the alarm is triggered please ensure the settings are set correctly below.
Verify that the 'Alarm Setup' has the following options enabled:
(Local Alarm and Siren Alarm)
1. On the alarm panel select the Security Icon and enter your User Code.
2. Select the 'Alarm' Icon.
3. Ensure that the following settings have been enabled below. 'Siren alarm' is the setting for the wireless Siren Alarm.
