Follow these instructions if the OSI Alarm Display screen has a white background and there is no way to access the menu.
Power Cycle the alarm system

<li>Unplug Power Adaptor</li>
<li>Slide the back panel off and set backup battery switch from the 'on' to 'off' position</li>
<li>Wait 1 minute</li>
<li>Switch Back Up Battery back on</li>
<li>Plug Power Adaptor Back in &nbsp;</li>
</ol>
When the alarm system restarts, you will now have access to the alarm display menu
