Problem: On the touch screen display you are pressing the check mark to confirm a setting change and its unresponsive or you are pressing numbers and the wrong numbers are appearing?
Solution: perform a full initialization and power cycle the alarm panel and it should fix the issue.
First initialize: Menu >> Settings >> Initialize
Next, Power Cycle the alarm system
- Unplug Power Adaptor
- Slide the back panel off and set backup battery switch from the 'on' to 'off' position
- Wait 1 minute
- Switch Back Up Battery back on and put the back panel back on.
- Plug Power Adaptor Back in
Note: Keep in mind that after initialization you will need to re-add the sensors.
