If you would like to restart the Gen 2 Alarm Panel and go through the initial tutorial setup again, you can restore the panel to its default settings by using the Recover option.

Steps to Restart the Tutorial

1. From the main screen, select Settings (the gear icon located to the left of the SOS icon).

2. Enter the default system passcode:
   9876

3. Select Recover.

4. Select Recover again to confirm.

5. If you have already added accessories, you will be asked if you want to keep them.

   • Select Yes to keep your accessories.

   • Select No to remove all accessories.

6. The Gen 2 panel will reboot, and the startup tutorial will begin again.

⚠️ Important

Restoring the system using Recover will reset the panel’s settings. Some configuration settings may need to be set up again after the reset.
