How to Enable Human Detection (Important Order Required)

Human Detection filters out vehicles and animals so alerts trigger only when a person is detected.

⚠️ Important: These steps must be followed in the exact order.

Steps to Enable Human Detection Only:

Open the camera device.
Tap the three dots (top-right).
Select Detection Alarm Settings.
Turn OFF:
- Human Detection (first)
- Motion Detection (second)
Turn ON Motion Detection Alarm.
Turn ON Human Detection.
Turn OFF Motion Detection Alarm.

Human Detection is now active.

Additional Settings (Optional):

You can still adjust:

Activity Area: Select which area in the camera view should trigger alerts.
Alarm Sensitivity Level: Choose how sensitive the detection should be.

After adjusting these settings, you can again verify that Motion Detection Alarm is turned off.

Why This Works:

This sequence ensures that only Human Detection remains active. When configured this way, the camera will send alerts only when a person is detected, filtering out general motion events such as moving vehicles, trees, or animals.

Please note: While this setup greatly reduces false alerts, you may still occasionally receive a false alert.
