How to Check if you have the OSI Smart Alarm System Gen 2 (4G model)

If you already own the OSI Smart Alarm System Gen 2 but aren’t sure if it’s the 4G model, there are two simple ways to check:

1. Physical Inspection: Turn your alarm panel around and open the back cover. Look for a SIM Card Port—if your device has one, you have the 4G model.
2. System Check: On your alarm panel, navigate to ‘Settings’ in the top-right corner, then select ‘About.’ Scroll down to the GSM section—if it displays “4G: [serial number],” your panel is 4G-compatible.
