Please include your name, account details, and a note stating that you would like to cancel your 24/7 Monitoring Service.
After we receive your request, we will send you a short cancellation questionnaire that requires a digital signature. This must be completed before your monitoring service is officially cancelled.
You can expect to receive the questionnaire within the next few business days after submitting your initial request.
Experiencing Financial Hardship?
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please let us know. We may have options available to help you keep your monitoring service active, such as temporarily pausing your 24/7 Monitoring Service instead of cancelling.
How long will it take to cancel?
To allow enough time for processing, please submit your cancellation request a few weeks before the end of your current subscription period.
Your monitoring service will remain active until the end of your paid subscription period unless otherwise confirmed by OSI Go Direct.
