When the monitoring station calls, you'll see "Central Alarm Monitoring Station" on your caller ID, with the number 1-888-526-8221.

We strongly recommend saving this number in your contacts and adding it to your emergency or safe list—especially if you use Do Not Disturb mode at night—to ensure you never miss a critical call during an alarm event.

Please note: The monitoring station phone number is only for active alarm events or false alarms (triggered sensors or alarms). They cannot provide technical assistance.
