How do i log into my customer portal?

You can log in to your Customer Portal at any time in two ways:


1. Click the link in your Welcome Email or Subscription Confirmation Email.
2. Visit OSIGoDirect.com, hover your mouse over “Security for Home”, and then click "My Monitoring Account."

Enter your email address, and a one-time security code will be sent to you. Once you receive the code, enter it and select "Sign in to Your Account."

Inside your Customer Portal, you can:

🔹 View or modify your subscription plan
🔹 Update your payment method or address
🔹 Check past payments
🔹 View your next billing date and upcoming invoices
