You can manage everything through your Monitoring Account from osigodirect.com.

1. Go to OSIGoDirect.com
2. Hover over “Security for Home”
3. Click “My Monitoring Account”
4. Enter your email address to receive a one-time security code
5. Use the code to sign in
   
   

Once inside, you can:

• View or modify your subscription plan
• Update your payment method or address
• Check past payments
• View your next billing date and upcoming invoices
• Cancel your subscription
