We suggest the following to reconnect your Gen 2 ALarm pnel back to the Smart Life App.
1. Remove the Alarm device from the Smart Life App, Select ‘All Devices’ then long press the Alarm Device, select ‘Remove Device’
2. Ensure you are connected to you Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
3. On the Panel Display, select Menu -> Wi-fi -> Unbind-> select check mark to reset Wi-Fi. (15 second countdown)
4. Select Airlink Configure
5. Select ‘Confirm reset Wi-Fi’, select check mark
6. Counts down 60 seconds
7. On the Smart Life App, select the + sign on the top right corner
8. Select ‘Add Device’
9. Smart Life should display the ‘Alarm Host Panel’ (small image), select it.
10. You should see your Wi-Fi network name, enter in your Wi-Fi password.
11. Select Next, Detecting Network. Device will start to Add to app
12. You Should then see ‘Added successfully’, then you can select ‘Done’ at the bottom.
13. You will see the Alarm Host interface, select ‘Disarmed’ to test, you should hear the panel respond.
