Does the OSI Alarm System audibly announce which door is open?

The alarm system will not announce which door is open, however on the alarm panel it will display which door 'Zone' is open. You can program a door sensor as a doorbell to be used as a door bell or if you need to find out which sensor is which, you can temporarely program a sensor as a doorbell and then open the door to find out which sensor number it is on the alarm panel.

To do this follow these steps:

1. Open the Smart Life app
2. Select the Alarm System Device
3. Select "Accessories"
4. Select "Detector"
5. Choose the Window/Door Sensor which you want to have a doorbell sound
6. Select "Zone attribute"
7. Select "Doorbell"
8. Select Confirm

Once this is set up the panel will chime when the door opens. However the sensor can only be set up as either a doorbell or security. the sensor cannot be set up with both, so you will need a second door sensor on the doors that require this function.

Remember if you have set the sensor as a doorbell for testing purposes, remember to set the sensor back to it original settiing.
