OSI does not offer cloud record, however the Smart Life app which is no affliated with our company does allow a monthly or annual cloud subscription for recording video footage to the cloud.
Please follow these directions to subscribe to the Tuya Smart Life Cloud Storage
1. While viewing the live feed from your camera, select the three dots ... at the top right.
2. Scroll up until you see 'Cloud Storage' and select it.
3. There are Annual plans
4. There are also Monthly plans

5. You can then pay with PayPal or Bank Card
Here’s what each option means:
1️⃣ Basic Plan (Monthly) – US$4.99

Cloud storage duration: 14 days

Devices covered: 1 camera

Recording type: Event recording (motion detection, alarms, etc.)

Auto-renewal: Monthly
What this means:
If your camera detects motion today, that video clip will be stored in the cloud for 14 days, after which it is deleted.
2️⃣ Plus Plan (Monthly) – US$7.99

Cloud storage duration: 30 days

Devices covered: 1 camera

Recording type: Event recording

Auto-renewal: Monthly
What this means:
Motion events are stored in the cloud for 30 days instead of 14 days.
3️⃣ 3-Device Basic Plan (Monthly) – US$9.99

Cloud storage duration: 14 days
-
Devices covered: up to 3 cameras

Recording type: Event recording
-
Auto-renewal: Monthly
What this means:
You can connect 3 cameras to one cloud plan, but recordings are stored for 14 days.
💡 Important for your customers (especially since you sell cameras with SD cards):

If the camera has an SD card, recordings can be stored locally without paying monthly fees.

How to cancel the subscription
1. On the Smart LIfe home screen, select 'Assistant' at the bottom
2. Then select 'Order Management'
3. Then select Subscriptions and cancel your subscription
