Creating a Scene to Automatically Turn Floodlight On with Motion Detected and Off After a Set Time

1. Open up the Smart Life app and select your Floodlight Camera.
2. Set the PIR set setting:  Typically it is usually set to 8, however if you notice that the light turns on to often, try to set the camera PIR to 6 or 7 and test that out until you find a setting that works best for you.
3. Set the IR Night Vision setting to Auto ( This setting will turn the light on in the night) 
   *If you want to test the light out during the day, you can change the setting to 'Open' temporarily
4. Set the 'Light' Time-Delay to 180 seconds. Remember to select 'Action' to save your settings.

Now we will create the Smart Life Scene.

1. Open the Smart Life app and select 'Scene' at the bottom
   
   
   
2. Select the + on the top right corner. You will then see the 'Create Scene' Menu or you can just select the 'Create Scene' button if this is the first time creating a scene
       Or   
   
   
3. Select 'When device status changes' and then select, 'Select a single device' and then select your Floodlight Camera.
    
4. After you have selected you Floodlight Camera, select 'Motion Detected' , then select 'Confirm' at the top right.
   
5. Where it says 'Then', select the + sign.  Then select 'Device' and select 'Single Device'. 
   Then select your Floodlight Camera.
      
6. Then select 'Light Switch' and select 'On' and then select 'Confirm' at the top right.
      
   
   
7. Select the + sign beside 'Then' and select 'Delay the Action'  and set it for 1 minute, then select 'Confirm' on the top right.  You can always change this later.
         
8. Select the + sign beside 'Then' and select 'Device' and select 'Single Device'. 
   Then select your Floodlight Camera.
     
9. Then select 'Light Switch' and select 'Off' and then select 'Confirm' at the top right.
   
10. Next, scroll down and select 'Validity Scope' and select 'Effective Period' and select 'Nighttime' , Repeat 'Everyday' and your 'City' should display, Then select 'Confirm' at the top right.  Then select 'Done' at the top right 
         
11. Then select 'Save' to save the Smart Life Scene'
    
12. Enter a name for your scene and then select 'Confirm'
    
13. The scene will automatically be enabled and ready.
    
14. You have now completed creating a scene to tunr the motion light on for 1 min when motion is detected.
