How to Check for Duplicate Paired Accessories

If two accessories—such as door sensors or PIR motion sensors—have the same serial number, this may trigger a "Duplicate Paired Accessories" message.

How to Check Sensor Serial Numbers:

To determine if two sensors have the same serial number:

1. Ensure that the sensors are not connected to the alarm panel.

2. Add one motion sensor to the alarm panel and note the serial number as shown in the video. Then remove the sensor from the panel.

3. Add the second motion sensor to the alarm panel and note its serial number as shown in the video.

4. Compare the serial numbers to see if they are identical.
