Can Water, Smoke, or Fire Detectors Be Added to the Gen 2 Alarm (EV1527 / 433 MHz) Panel?

The OSI alarm system is capable of supporting additional accessories such as fire detectors, gas detectors, carbon monoxide (CO) detectors, water leakage detectors and other brand Door/Window sensors. However, these products are not currently offered for sale as they require government standard approvals.

If you purchase a detector that uses EV1527 RF coding and operates on a 433 MHz frequency, it can be synchronized with our alarm system.

How to add the Urgent Sensor to the Gen 2 Alarm Panel:

1. Select the 'Connections' icon on the main screen
   
2. Select the 'Sensor' icon
   
3. Select the 'Urgent' sensor
   
   
   
4. Select 'Name' to change the sensor name.
   
   
   
5. In this example below 'Smoke Detector' was typed out. Then select 'OK' to save the name.
   
   
   
6. You can then select ' + Pair' at the bottom to add the sensor to the Gen 2
   
7. You will have 20 seconds to trigger the sensor. Once triggered, the sensor should then successfully pair with the Gen 2
