Alarm Panel Stuck in Test Mode

Overview
In rare cases, an alarm panel may arrive in test mode. This can happen if the device was not exited from test mode during factory setup. When this occurs, the panel may not proceed to normal setup or display the expected welcome screen.
Symptoms
You may notice one or more of the following:

The panel does not display the welcome/setup screen

The system does not allow normal configuration
-
The mobile app cannot be connected to the panel
Resolution
Follow the steps below to exit test mode and restore normal operation:

On the alarm panel, press and hold the
OKbutton for approximately 3 seconds. -
The panel will reboot automatically.

Once rebooted, the welcome screen should appear.

Proceed with normal setup and connect the mobile app to the panel.
Result
After exiting test mode and completing the setup, the alarm panel should function normally with no further issues.

This issue is uncommon and does not indicate a defective unit.

No reset or firmware update is required to resolve this condition.
