On a rare occasion another device may be on the same frequency that could be causing this, for example a gate control device. If this is the case the alarm panel should be move as far away as possible from the gate control or the device that is causing the issue.

However if your alarm panel is randomly arming or disarming itself, first check the settings below.

First check the following on your Smart Life App:

Step 1: Select OSI Alarm Device Settings

Step 2: Select Timer Settings

Step 3: The schedule should be empty.

On the Alarm Panel please check the following:

On the main screen of the alarm panel select Menu then Timer.

If your settings on the Smart life app and the alarm panel are the same as the photos above then it may be a glitch in the alarm system that is causing an issue. You will then need to initialize the alarm panel.

Please watch this video to Initialize and power cycle the alarm panel to resolve the issue you are having.

After initialization you will need to re-add the sensors and wireless strobe alarm, etc. You can watch these easy to follow step-by-step Videos to re-add sensors / RFID Tags / Remotes and Wireless Siren. Each of these only takes a seconds to a minute to do.

Note: YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO RECONNECT WI-FI WHEN YOU REINITIALIZE
