The Shaw XB7 Gateway Wi-Fi Router has known connectivity issues with many smart products from all brands including smart lights, alarm systems, cameras, laptops, computers and even smartphones. We suggest contacting Shaw and getting them to downgrade and Replace the XB7 model with the XB6 Gateway Wi-Fi Router. This typically resolves all the issues. This is is done at no cost by Shaw.
