Important Update: Transition from Smart Home to Aiwit App

We want to inform you that the Smart Home app has undergone a transformation and is now known as the Aiwit app, available on both Apple and Android platforms. Download for: Apple / Android

Please pay attention to the following important notice regarding the Aiwit app: Upon launching the app, you may encounter a 'Device Upgrade' notification. It is crucial that you carefully review the contents of this notice before proceeding with the upgrade.

If you choose to proceed with the upgrade by selecting 'Upgrade Now,' please be aware that your SD Card storage will become incompatible with the app, and you will need to subscribe to video cloud services, incurring associated costs.

To avoid any additional charges for cloud storage subscriptions, we strongly advise selecting 'Cancel.' This will allow you to continue accessing the camera's recorded footage locally, using the SD Card that you initially inserted into the camera.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation during this transition.

When viewing live footage on your app you may see a yellow Icon that says 'Free'

If you select the 'Free cloud storage' Icon, the following 'Device Upgrade' notice will be displayed, as shown below. Please note that the cloud storage is only free for 3 days. You will then have to pay for a cloud storage subscription and your SD Card storage will no longer function. To avoid this from happening select 'Cancel'

Update: We are currently in communication with the app's developer to determine if it is possible to reset and re-enable the SD Card feature in cases where a customer has mistakenly upgraded their device, resulting in the disabling of the SD card functionality.
