How to Turn on Motion Detection, Change Sensitivity and Choose a Specific Motion Detection Area on the OSI Bullet Camera

To Turn on Motion Detection on the OSI Bullet Camera follow these steps:

1. Open the Smart Life App
2. Open the Bullet Camera Device
3. Select the pencil icon on the top right corner
4. Select Detection Alarm Settings
5. Enable Motion Detection Alarm 
6. Selecting Schedule. This is where you can have the motion detection only on at specific times when you are sleeping or away at work. This way its not detecting motion when you are at home walking around the house.

To Change Sensitivity Settings. If you are receiving to many motion detection notifications, changing this setting to low will help lower the amount of activity that activates the motion detection which will lower the amount of notifications you receive: 

1. Open the Smart Life App
2. Open Bullet Camera Device
3. Select pencil Icon on top right corner 
4. Select Detection Alarm Settings 
5. Select Alarm Sensitivity Level and change it to Low 
6. Tap the back arrow on the top left to return to the previous menu(s)  

Choosing a specific Motion Detection Area. This is perfect for blocking out high traffic areas so the motion detection does not get activated as much. Blocking out trees, sidewalk, or a street for example.

1. Open the Smart Life App
2. Open Bullet Camera Device
3. Select pencil Icon on top right corner 
4. Select Detection Alarm Settings
5. Ensure that the Activity Area is enabled 
6. Select Surveillance Area Setting
7. Drag the corners of the RED outline and choose the area which you want the activity area to be. Anything outside of that area will not trigger motion detection 
8. Select Save 
9. Tap the back arrow on the top left to return to the previous menu(s) 

Note: The same settings can be changed on the OSI Floodlight Camera and the OSI Mini Camera
