If you give a voice command to Google to disarm your OSI alarm system, You will be asked for a 'personal identification number' (PIN) . This is not the same PIN that you use to enter on the OSI alarm system display panel.

The PIN Google is asking for is the virtual pin number which is created in the SMART LIFE app.

This is how you create a Virtual PIN:

  1. Open Smart Life
  2. Open alarm device
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Virtual Password
  5. Enter a 4 number PIN, it will auto save.

The PIN can be the same or different from your alarm display PIN. Now when you disarm the system it will ask you for the virtual PIN
