"S" Hook

Hang Your Floodlight Camera to keep your hands free while connecting the electrical wires by using the included “S” hook. Attach Floodlight Camera to your junction box by inserting one end through the mounting hole on your Floodlight Cam and the other end onto the mounting bracket.

Pin

The Pin is used for resetting all floodlight camera parameters including the Wi-FI. This is especially useful for when a wifi router has been replaced with a new one. Floodlight Camera has a reset button beside the 'SD Card' slot. With the pin that the camera came with, or a paper clip, push the reset button in for about 5 to 10 second, until you hear the floodlight chime. That is an indication that it has been reset.

Waterproof Terminal

The Waterproof Terminal is designed to withstand varying degrees of ingress of water and other conditions, such as high saline environments or extremely cold temperatures. We recommend using this to ensure the longevity and stability of this product.

Bracket

The Bracket is the arm that attaches to both the back of the floodlight camera and the steel mounting bracket. The small side of the bracket attaches to the floodlight using an allen key which is provided and the large side attaches to the steel mounting plate with 3 screws. The screws and mini screw driver is included with this kit. You can adjust the angle of the floodlight by moving the arm into position and then tighten the allen key screw on the small side of the bracket.

Mounting Plate and Rubber Seal

Screw the large end of the Floodlight Bracket to the smooth side of the steel Mounting Plate. Before screwing the Mounting Plate onto the Electrical Junction Box, ensure that the Rubber Gasket is placed directly on the bottom of the Mounting plate so it sits on top of the junction box . This Gasket keeps debris and moister from getting inside. Although the Floodlight is IP65 Rated (weather Proof), its better to choose a relatively sheltered spot, such as under a roof overhang or protected from the prevailing wind if possible.

SD Card

The SD Card slot is located at the bottom of the Floodlight Camera. The 32GB SD Card is included with this kit which just simply insterts into the slot. Recorded video is stored onto this card. When the card is full It will automatically begin to overwrite over the existing recordings, frame by frame. So if an incident occurs, it's important to save it locally to your device/smartphone to prevent the video from getting overwritten. Also keep in mind that this product can support up to 128GB micro SD card in case the 32GB micro SD card that's included is not giving you enough recording time. Although we include a FREE 32GB SD Card for video storage you can also have a choice to use secure cloud-based storage options (yearly fee). The cloud service is 100% secure with advanced encryption and user credential requirements to ensure your safety and privacy.
