In order to disarm or arm your OSI alarm system, you will need to create a 'voice code' in the Alexa app . This is not the same code that you use to enter on the OSI alarm system display panel.

The voice code is a 4 digit number that you need to setup in the Alexa app.

How to create voice code:

  1. Open the Alexa app and select 'Devices' tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. On the top menu, swipe the device to the left, then select 'All Devices'
  3. Select the OSI Alarm System
  4. Enable 'Disarm by Voice'
  5. Select 'OK'
  6. Enter the 'Voice Code', then enter the voice code again to confirm.

Note. The voice code can be the same or different from your alarm display. Now when you ask Alexa to disarm the system, it will ask you for your 'Voice Code'.
