If the alarm panel is unresponsive when you tap on the display and remains black but the SOS light button is still lit or the alarm panel is continuosly restarting, please check the following.&nbsp;
The alarm panel should be using the 5V 2A power adapter.

If the alarm panel is using the wrong adapter, please do the following.
Power Cycle the alarm system

<li>Switch Back Up Battery back on</li>
<li>Plug Power Adaptor Back in&nbsp;</li>
